At Koreanbeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history, or contact our support team with your order number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with the provided return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
